What do I need to have prepared for our first consultation?

Nothing! No need to organize or sort through your photos beforehand. We come to you and gather all of the items that you wish to have digitized and take them back to IMPRINT HQ where we sort, organize and scan them for you.


Where can I find my scanned photos?

Your scanned photos & documents are saved into your own, password protected folder on the IMPRINT Google Drive. Upon project completion, access to this folder will be shared with you via email.

You will have up to 30 days to download your folder to your desktop, external drive, or your personal cloud storage drive (Google Drive, iCloud, Drop Box…etc.) before it is removed from the IMPRINT Google Drive. Our team is happy to help you with this final step, if need be!


What happens to my printed photos once they have been scanned?

Your print photos are returned to you, neatly organized, in labeled photo boxes. All duplicate photos are removed from the photo boxes and stored in large envelopes. IMPRINT will not discard any of your printed photos.


Does IMPRINT print photo books with my scanned photos?

Yes! Once your photos have been digitized, we can design and print custom photo books. Please do not hesitate to ask for a photo book!
